She will need a roll-back truck to move the item due damage non-running and broken steering wheel. The shipper was very nice and she understood she needs a roll-back for safety reasons. Regardsa Stephen Note: no money was accepted

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment he tried to call today but i was out all day so did'nt get his call. and he's in florida tonight so he won't be back in some time.

WE WERE ON A TIGHT TIME FRAME AND HAD A SPOT OPEN ON THE TRUCK SO SHE ONLY HAD A FEW HOURS TO RESPOND.IT WAS NOBODYS FAULT,JUST NOT ENOUGH NOTICE FOR HER.....WE WILL BE BACK IN A WEEK OR SO I WILL KEEP MY EYE ON IT......THANKS,JIM
