I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
Hello, I arrive on time, the item was non-running, I load this item, I inspection the item, the steering wheel lock was broken/missing on her item, you can not pull this item. She will need a roll-back truck to move the item due damage non-running and broken steering wheel. The shipper was very nice and she understood she needs a roll-back for safety reasons. Regardsa Stephen Note: no money was accepted
