Item collected and delivered (which is why I have given a neutral rating)... but after collection the company tried to change the delivery date, making out his stated delivery date was not as per his bid, got stroppy and then argued that I had not paid the deposit!!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After e-mailing a number of times via u-ship and regular e-mail I have been unable to contact and make the shipper aware of what is required of him regarding this collection. He was very forthright and blunt on the phone and told me pretty much forget it. I am seeking a refund so I can book another mover. Many thanks Karon milton.
