A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When the bid was accepted the shipper had not purchaed the boat yet. Once they were able to travel to TX and inspect the boat, arrangements were made to pickup the boat. I had to take care of my other customers who booked while I was waiting for a decision on the purchase of this boat. The boat is in the loop for delivery, but the shipper wants it ASAP due to winter weather setting in, in OR. I understand their position on this. Do I have a choice? NO. It was not something I could have avoided

Unfortunately we were not able to use John due to our rush to get the boat here and not gamble with inclimate weather. John was always communicating his schedule and was great being patient while we were making our decisions on our schedule. I was really looking forward to meeting him and using his services. I believe his quote was very fair and not inflated. He was willing to take a alternate route to make sure the boat stayed in mild weather and to make us feel at ease. What a pro!!!!

Mel and Robert did a great job getting our boat here and even ahead of schedule. They were very polite and helpful in getting everything turned over to us. Would recommend Custom Express Delivery.

The customer accepted my bid before they bought the boat. They moved the pickup date back and they knew I had other customer ahead of them, and they got in a hurry and found someone else to move the boat two days before I could. Worked out just as well, too far for too little money. Good luck with your new boat. John.
