A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
After speaking with David, on the phone and in emails, he understodd that there are times I do not have phone signal and we agreed to the shippment to continue. He said he could not get the cancellation off and I would no continue with the shipment until the cancellation was taken care of first. I sent him several emails in regards to this and continues to state that it could not be taken off. If I was to continue with the shipment after it was cancelled, it would be a violation of Uship rules.
