The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time DO NOT USE! Service providers history says it all. I made the mistake of entering into this shipping agreement without really checking out the shipper. Phil continually promised to show up, but always kept extending the pick up date. It was clear to me that he had lied to me in sayng he could complete my delivery immediately. He simply wanted to keep me baited until he could get around to it. Then when I requested insurance and registration info, the shipper became angry and demanded a deposiit
