A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The person at the pick-up location could not be available during the time frame I needed for pickup. The shipper Backhauler was very polite and understanding, the schedules just did not align for a pickup time that worked for all three parties. I would not hesitate to use Backhauler again for any shipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Alleged equipment failure, could not meet agreed time schedule.
Response from backhauler:
How does 840.56 sound for caliper, rotar and pads as an "alleged" equipment failure! You didn't even give me a chance to get repaired. Relisted within 2 hours of my notification to you that I'd be slightly delayed. I think I know exactly what happened. You got a cheaper bid and used my mechanical misfortune as an excuse to SCREW ME! I'll close on this thought --- What GOES around, COMES around!
