After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
All we asked was a question about a date because we had to push one back due to an illness. The p/u barn owner was not going to charge her for any more board for this horse. We always contact the p/u barn and make arrangements. We do however try our best to make sure we have not overturned any problems, but when all we did was ask a question and actually did not cause her any more money out to anyone, where the horse is now or for the trip. We will decline this customer due to the fact that
