We are a small family owned shipping business. We are based in the Northwest and run western routes. Our family has been shipping for 5 years now and we can handle single household moves, furniture, appliances, bikes, and any random goods that you may need shipped.

I have mixed feelings about this delivery. First, the pick-up was promised several times but then delayed and the provider did not always call me to inform me of delays. At times he did not return my calls but I understand he was having trouble with his voice mail provider. Luckily, I was flexible with my time frame and the truck did eventually arrive. From the time the truck pulled up I was very pleased with the service of the driver and my item arrived safely at its destination the next day.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I booked through one service (Babcockships) and was contacted by another. Alex Delacruz (Skylex Freight) wanted all monies up front, failed to pick up on the agreed date and did not communicate with me at the times he specified.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I tried to call numerous times to confirm pickup, I also emailed and had someone waiting at the pickup point (who also tried to call). Neither one of us had any response and no one showed up. The phone number of the driver on my contract was disconnected. I was very disappointed. He was really nice on the phone.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I received an email that this account was being suspended due to multiple accounts on uship. I found the other account under skylexfreight and due to the negative feedback and the fact that the shipper requested full payment up front, I feel I have no other option but to cancel this shipment. The shipper was unwilling to accept credit card or paypal payment and wanted either a check or direct wire transfer. I am uncomfortable with this because it seems this shipper has misrepresented themselv

This service provider wants all money paid upfront before even lifting a finger ! I will definitely not do business with this service provider, nor do I recommend that others use this service provider.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I am not sure this shipper is who he represents himself as. I called the name and number on the profile, then realized she is not the shipper at all. The real shipper is Alex Delacruz of Skylexfreight, and that account on Uship is suspended after some pretty negative feedbacks. Mr. Delacruz wants full payment upfront and will not accept cc or paypal. I prefer to wait for better reassurances.
