Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment The morning of our move, Access told us they were unable to pick up our shipment due to a truck accident the week before. We were supposedly sent an email (which we never received and doubt was actually sent) regarding the cancellation. While we sympathize with their situation, it was handled very unprofessionally. 30+ days later, Access still owes us $1309.70 of our deposit. Considering how easily they blew us off when we were paying customers, I doubt we'll ever see our deposit refunded.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was told via email that the service provider accepted credit cards, after accepting the bid, I was told that I can only pay with cash or certified check, up front at time of pick-up. I am very uncomfortable with this company.

I sent customer an email advising her that my driver lost the company credit card and dont have access to any money. I told customer that she can pay my driver either by cash or certified check upon pickup. I issued customer her payment back thru paypay to show we have no reason to keep her money and or not provide service.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Freight company insisted on wire transfer for payment. Not able to do credit card or Paypal as was in original listing. What kind of scam is this? Would also cost extra money for this type of transaction with no recourse. Not a smart way to do business.

This customer thought the world revolved around him !! He didn't have any money to ship his items and insisted that we transport it for him just this one time and he will pay us when we deliver. (Yeah right !!) Mr. Steve Robinson,....If you can't pay us a small deposit now, what makes you think that we will believe you will pay us when we deliver ?? If you don't have any money, don't list items that you can't pay for. Hopefully your items will make it to Casa Grande, AZ. All transporters-BEWARE

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider They were extremely hard to get a hold of. Showed up a day late and then I had more inventory then I originally put and they could not accomodate my shipment so they cancelled the shipment.

THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE!! Customer listed a 1st floor apt. HERE'S THE SUPRISES: APT WAS ON THE 14TH FLOOR OF A HIGHRISE; FROM TRUCK TO BUILDING WAS THE LENGTH OF 2 FOOTBALL FIELDS; SHE LISTED 10 BOXES AND HAD 68 PLUS ADDITIONAL FURNITURE; SHE THREATENED OUR TEAM TWICE WHILE THEY WERE DOING INVENTORY TRYING TO WORK WITH HER; HER ATTITUDE WAS UNBEARABLE SO THE TEAM WAS INSTRUCTED TO CANCEL AFTER SO MANY RED FLAGS AND A MISREPRESENTATION IN HER INVENTORY AND APT LISTING. THANK YOU, THE STAFF

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment After SEVERAL re-schedulings and promised delivery dates, I received this email today "This email is to inform you that at this time we are unable to accommodate your move. We are currently short staffed by two drivers which is causing us to fall behind our schedule . We are willing to complete your move but it will have to be rescheduled. If this is not suitable for you, you have the option of cancelling your move with us. We apologize for the inconvenience this have caused."

Advise customer that his payment will need to be paid prior to pick up. Customer wanted to make payment in a way that was feasible for him. I advised customer if he is not able to make payment prior to pickup then we will cancel shipment. Response from dodgeonly: Carrier insisted on wire transfer for payment.This was not in bid.Sounds fishy.Said paypal locked their account and can't take credit cards for 2 weeks.Would not accept cash at delivery though freight was worth much more.
