For: Komatsu WA250 Loader

Chase Nationwide decided to bring the loader to their yard, not the customers facility. The dimensions were wrong from the customer and the driver did not bother with measuring them out before he left with the loader. This became an insurance claim and was not my fault, other than having this company do a job. This was total neglect on Chase Nationwide, obviously be careful who hauls your equipment for you! I am sorry Chris that this happened to your machine! Christine

had accident and destroyed loader...Trucker made decision to take damaged shipment across country instead of to me or nearest repair facility. Christine was nice to deal with
