Hi and let me start by introducing myself I'm Joe Dominguez the president of Average Joe's Relocators.. We are a family owned business although we are new to Uship we are not new to the transport business we have been in the transport business for 15 years. We are capable of hauling anything from house hold items to vehicles. We are located in the mid-west and are willing to travel just about anywhere, we pride ourselves in making time lines, being efficient and respect for your property. Our equipment consists of 1 ton trucks and car trailers. All equipment is up to date and DOT approved. No job is to big or to small, and we do are best to make your move as smooth as possible and thank you for the opportunity to have earn your business. Satisfaction is our number one goal and we will try are best to guarantee that. Every job that we do we make sure that are clients are treated with the utmost respect. Both Joe and Rick did a good job loading, unpacking and helping me set up a couple pieces of furniture. They were late starting and very late in their arrival due to a truck breakdown, but none of that seemed to be their fault. They just had some bad luck. The only problem I saw is that they did not call me and tell me just how late they were going to be. I got very concerned and had to call them myself to find out where they were. Communication IS the key to a good move in my opinion. Thanks!

Joe and his team did an excellent job moving a large oak table and chairs. They did an amazing job of carefully wrapping each and every piece. Communication and service is top notch! We will definitely use you services again when they are needed.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I gave you the option of Wednesday morning but you told me the items would not be ready until Wednesday evening or Thursday and I told you I could not wait that long because I had other shipment and waiting that long would mess up my other deliveries time for my other customer sorry we could not work thing out good luck.

Hello Kathleen and I'm sorry we could not work this out I did give you the option of pick up Tuesday or Wednesday morning but you told me you could not have these items ready until Wednesday night or Thursday and I told you I could not do that because I had other shipments and it would make me late for my drop off with my other customers. Good luck and I'm sure you won't have any problem finding another shipper to fit your schedule thank you.
