Rating: Negative Left for: one2anothermovers (51 ) On: 3/25/2008 For: "Peyton Espresso" Sofas	3/12/08 delivery was promised for 3/21/08 and Sean requested cash payment at pick-up. 3/18/08 load picked up and delivery date was moved to 03/24/08. As of 03/25/08 pm, drivers have not delivered goods. I called and emailed Sean on Thursday 03/20/08 to get an update before he left on vacation and I have not gotten any reply. I don't know where my customer's merchandise is, and when it will be delivered. This is a nigthmare. They provided us detailed information about the pick-up time and arrived on time. They took great care in loading the merchandise and called us after the delivery to let us know everything arrived safely and that our customer was please. Rating: Cancellation Left for: easymovers3 (70 ) On: 12/23/2007 For: MondayTable	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper emailed on 12-15 to say that shippment will be picked up either 12-18 or 12-19. Shipper was to contact me on 12-17 with specifics. I have yet to hear back and I have left serval messages and emails. Now voicemail box is full. I am not comfortable with shipper, since it is impossible to establish communications.
