The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider agreed to pick up time. driver never showed or contacted us, provider never contacted us with any information, only responded with lies and more empty words when contacted, don't believe he ever had a driver lined up for my shipment, never in 5 days after booking did he contact me proactivly, only responded with slight communication when contacted. Should have listened to previous reviews of this broker, hope future shippers dont fall for his tricks.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This shipper/broker is non-communicative. Claimed that a driver would contact shipper. Placed a low-ball bid on the National Boards for drivers. As of cancellation time, no driver had accepted the job.
This shipment is time sensitive as discussed with broker. Other alternative shipping had to be arranged due to lack of communication and dishonest claim that a driver would contact us to arrange pick-up.
Please refund all fees associated with this broker.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was told the carrier was a trucking company, they are brokers and sent the bid was too cheap, no one reputable will pick this truck up for the price they listed on dispatch! I was duped by montaway shipping !!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services DO NOT USE these guys they schedualed a time and date then never called to pick up the order , then would not answer the phone , when i called their company another guy answered and said he would take care of it asap. when i checked my email they cancelled it because they said i wanted to drive it which is a lie . I left a message that if they didnt get it i might have to get someone else or drive it. DO not use these liars
