Customer was unhappy from beginning to end. No matter what we did to resolve the situation the customer was still unhappy. It did not seem whatever we did satisfied them.

Response from autcon: Unhappy is putting it mildly. This service provider is in the habit of responding with bold face lies. Their response to a resolution is simply no communication. A clue to the way they do business is when you call them, the recording says their mailbox is full. Not just once, but several days at a time. They responded to my negative feedback on them immediatly, however, my request for a damage claim has gone nearly two weeks with no response. This company is a joke. I sincerely hope others will
