I am an average person that expects to pay what was agreed upon at time of booking. I do not expect extra charges at time of delivery. If I agreed to take a load for someone, I will quote a price and that is what it will be at the end of the delivery. If I break down, I will take full responsibility, if I get tired and decide to sleep, I will not expect the shipper to pay for my room unless it was agreed upon in the beginning. I will take all precautions necessary to deliver a load in top shape. I will communicate with the customer 3 times daily. I take pride in my work and I expect other trucking companies to do the same, and give the same respect. If there is damage to the item being shipped, I will take full responsibility and make things right with the owner. There needs to be accounability in this business. The laws that govern also need to be followed. If I take a load for you somewhere in the United States, I will follow all laws and regulations Will get all the proper permits.
