Clue traveled nicely, with no problems. Pick up farm did not answer my phone calls and although I was on time for pickup, had to wait for them to get up to load horse, which made me a little late delivering. All in all everything went smoothly and would work for this customer agin. Thanks Ray

Ray was great. Comfy warm trailer. Lots of room for horse to be comfortable. Ray gave him home water for the trip before we loaded up. I couldn't have felt more confident that the trip would be easy for everyone. I would call Ray in a heartbeat if I needed his expertice again.

The trailer was cleaned after dropping off horses before my horse was picked up. The driver communicated with me throughout the haul and let me know his intake of hay and water at rest stops. Thanks for the professional ride.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved No issue what-so-ever with Ray! Our shipment was delayed due to health issues and we ended up needing pick-up on a date for which Ray was already booked.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped MY HORSE WAS INJURED THIS MORNING AND THE HORSE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED AT THIS TIME TIL HE IS 100% SOUND AGAIN. THE SERVICE PROVIDER WAS GREAT AT KEEPING IN TOUCH AND I HAVE NEVER USED USIP AND SHE WAS MOST HELPFUL. WHEN HE IS READY TO TRANSPORT I WILL USE THEM DEFINATLEY.SORRY AND THANK YOU

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Cathy was very accommidating, however original owner of horse needed to reschedule to a later time. Not according to bid. No ones fault. Would consider to use again.
