The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The shipper committed to picking up the shipment last Friday 2/27. He called me last minute and said he was unable to do so leaving me high and dry at the end of the month. He also did not pick up his phone once over the course of the week (only could leave voicemails). Very unprofessional...waste of my time. Requesting refund of all deposit monies paid.
