I would not use this shipper again. Before accepting the bid I asked if the shipment could be delivered on Monday morning and they replied yes. After the shipper picked up the shipment he called and said he was running late and wanted to deliver the shipment Monday evening or Tuesday morning. I felt I had no choice but to agree, Tuesday at 11 am I called him and asked where he was and he replied that he was four hours away. He did not deliver until after 3:00 on Tuesday. Jade was a exceptionally great customer his chipper mood made this transport amazing. He was where he said he would be. We also ran into a small issue and we had an issue getting the pop up camper off my truck to his but Jade's Bubbly attitude and positive outlook made it happen it was more than a pleasure to transport your camper man. Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward hi i was a few hours away from pick up and i called customer to see what was the phone number for pick up customers son went hay wire over the phone so i turned around from being on my way to pick up at about 5 hours later original customer called me asking can i turn around and go back i advised him i was very far away and out of a lot of fuel to just turn around and said he would have to send me the fuel i was out for me to return

Stuart and de de were awesome I bided on there tall boy dresser they accepted my bid we then contacted each other set up a pick up date for Texas pick up and a convient California delivery I arrived at there Texas home I blanket wrapped and plastic wrapped there dresser for added protection then loaded and safely strapped there furniture down in the trailer I then proceeded to California were there furniture was to be delivered I arrived unloaded the furniture payment was prompt thanks guys

According to shipper he is overworked! Be careful if you want your shipment to be carried by this provider!!! Don't count on him following through with his promises!
