The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The item (a veneer press) was too heavy (6000 pds) to load into a closed truck- would have required a flat deck. Jackie the driver tried hard to make it work and spend her time to get there and trying to load. In the end, driver was not able to accommodate this shipment.

I had a 26ft Penske truck required by a previous client & found that it had two weak links for attachments plus the decking was thin ply on metal joists so I had no way of securing this machine on wheels. I tried to replace it with their 24ft heavy duty but Penske required that I bring it back to Indiana. I am now using a heavy duty 26ft Ryder with lift gate it has air ride seat & and is not as drafty or noisy. Shipper was very gracious and I hope he is happy with the carrier I recomended.
