A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The bid offered for this shipment was based on the shipper's conditions of flexible pick up and flexible delivery. An attempt to pick up and load on truck in the area at the time was not possible, but carrier offered to pick up shipment and hold for the next truck, at no extra charge to shipper. Due to the size of this shipment, the pricing and the agreed conditions we can only give a 7 to 30 day delivery spread. The statement of 7 to 30 day delivery is the estimation and not a refusal.Good luck
