The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider told me numerous times he would pick up my Cross Roads trailer but never showed up when promised. He gave excuse after excuse such as his transmission had failed on his truck, then he had a fire in his office and lost my contact information, etc., etc. He then completely stopped communicating with me. After three months of waiting I had to pick up the trailer myself. It was fortunate that the previous owner was so understanding of my problems with the service provider.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was supposed to be at specified location at 9 am on May 12th and did not show. I tried calling both the driver and owner dozens of times and only spoke with the owner 2 time. Both of which I got the run around and told he would call me back. The person I bought the item from waited around for half the day and they never showed up. I have since been told a variety of excuses and they would not guarantee they could get the shipment any time soon. Failure to be at the agreed apon time and p

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved ARMLLC was unresponsive in picking up a trailer in which they had 3 months to prepare for this job. Chuck has VERY poor communication shills, does not return phone calls and is extremely unreliable. Chuck does not do as he says he going to do. Good Luck to whoever gives him their freight to move.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Carrier bid $126 as open transport, and then tried to drive the truck to me for an extra $800. The truck broke down and now is in some garage in Michigan. VERY unprofessional. Response from armllc: bid was suppose to be for 1260.00 bis was also for drivaway service, Q&A clearly states... does vehicle run & drive. ??? your answer was yes..

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Heather,
I have given more then enough opportunity sometimes you need to say this is enough.
What makes matters worse is he has my job out for bid, never said anything about it to me and is trying to make a profit, what a P.O.S..
With the lack of communication on the drivers part, it has caused much aggravation that all could have been avoided, with all the technology we have today, you run a business that requires you to be in touch with it all, the excuse of I forgot my phone was honestly

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Put in a bid for $34 and I accepted it. Then contacted him to set everything up and he proceeded to tell me that he wanted an extra $166 on top of what i already paid. BEWARE THIS GUY IS A SCAM ARTIST. Response from armllc: The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped truth is that shipper was contacted outside of uship by another SP,(he told me when he called & wanted to cancel) and they offered to do it for $100.00 cheaper. the bid was agreed upon for $200.00.but the bid came out too $34.00, dint know what happened, its all good, i wish the kid well with his new car.
