While Roy did deliver the cars, they were late due to some mechanical issues which was fine & out of his control. My only disappointment was his lack of communication & the attitude. He unloaded the cars and made NO effort to allow me to inspect before he insisted on leaving. Even though they are in rough shape it should still be a part of customer service which he lacks. Being a professional takes more than just delivering the goods, it includes servicing the customer which is rare these days.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment was never completed becaues the service provider wanted to go way up on the price to ship.I made sure he had accurate deminsions and weightaccording to the manufacturer. This has caused me alot of problems. My kids will no longer be able to get this set know.I do appreciate the fact that he let me know ahead of time instead of after it was moved. That is why I am leaving neatral. Not very freindly eaither.Alos he was concerned about student loans that i never cashed strange guy.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider did attempt to handle the shipment in good faith and we have agreed to cancel. However, it appears they relied on the title of the item rather than aa careful review of the description, which was very accurate and the complete dimensions and weight listed, I had even overestimated the length. A petite grand piano officially ranges in length from 4'5" to 4'10" and this was a 4"10" piano which I described as 5'0".
