However, company agreed verbally over the phone to except a check and then refused to drop the car without cash. Our customer had to make a trip out right that second to get cash if she wanted her car.

However our customer had to pay for tire repair because the driver was stranded with a blow out and his office wasnt returning phone calls. So our customer paid for the tire repair to get the truck back on the road. Response from alessandrabenevides: We were in touch with the driver all the way, the problem wasn't the communication. He was ashamed or something of the situation, and the customer never called me to inform, he only told me afterwords, and then I was able to confront the driver and know the truth. Your customer was really pleased with our service, and I was the one paying for the repairs afterwords. We are sorry for the situation, but the service was provided promptly, pick up the same day and delivery 2 days later. Thank you!
