I'm a straight forward guy, agree on the price and get it done. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that works the same way. A solid AAA recommendation for applog. Thanks!

Response from applog: Driver arrived to find that he was not able to take the truck with the air jam on. Customer was not able to have it removed in time that driver had to move on. We explained that it would take time to get another driver to the location and customer decided to cancel this shipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I had a timeline to haul my equipment by. I called company immediatly after acepting bid, and they advised they would get a driver before christmas weekend to haul it. No pickup , no calls to me, I called them and they didnt answer. I finally get ahold of them and they tell me i never signed their agreement that they never mentioned and never sent me. I get it through fax finally and retun and again they promised a driver to pickup on 12-31-07 but nothing again and no calls. finally just gave u

Response from applog: We send customer the approval sheet, which was not approved and sent back for over four days. At that time we had to move the driver and were working on sending in another truck. Customer did not want to wait. We tried to reason by stating that we needed the approval form before we sent out a truck.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Unable to communicate with service provider after fail attempt to move the items with broken promises of sending or dispatching a truck for a week. Comment from service provider on Thu, 18 Oct 2007 after several email plus phone calls “Good evening! We at the office were under the assumption that the trucks had been picked up. Once we finally got a hold of the driver we found out that his first pickup had run over and he would be at the location in the morning.”. Assumption doesn’t get the wor

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Communication was only one way, I had to call the service provider in all instances. Not one commitment made by them was kept. They promised calls back, was never done. Committed to two separate pickup dates, was never done. Told me that my shipment was next to be picked up; that was false.

Response from applog: We advised due to weather conditions that the driver was delayed. Customer insisted on cancelling the shipment with us and the following day the driver was in the area but the customer still wanted to cancel.

Response from applog: Carrier is not able to get this item transported due to truck being inoperable. Driver had to leave truck in NH and get a plane ride home. Driver does not know when he will be getting his truck back on the road. We would much rather help the customer find another carrier at this point instead of trying to get another carrier to arrange a pick up.

I am not the contact person/customer that spoke directly with the service provider, but I am the member who posted, accepted the bid and completed the match. This is what the contact person/customer told me...the service provider told him on 1/14 that the item would be picked up between noon and 5:00 pm est on 1/15 and to be there to load...At 5:30 pm est on 1/15, after waiting for 5.5 hrs, the contact person/customer called the service provider, who told him that there was no truck in the area

Response from applog: We found out from the terminal that the driver was overloaded & would not be able to make pick up until the following business day. The pick up location was faxed a BOL with the window of 12-5. We did not find out about the truck until 4:30 pm EST. We spoke with the customer & they were not happy the driver having to reschedule. I stated if they were unhappy we could cancel & they can find another carrier. Customer stated if we cancelled they would sue us. Therefore, we cancelled!
