The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This company brokers shipping. The company it hired won't do the shipping based on their credit. Thankfully, the company notified me before I paid them. Please look into this matter. Response from applog: Yes, read our feedback (Broker). Also, we run our own trucks out of Florida. Credit was not up to par due to being in business under a year. Finally, the receiver wanted us to still arrange pickup. Now the item is on our truck & heading north to PA.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I guess they could not get hold of the driver...and no one showed up to pick up my dozer
So I had to book another carrier Response from applog: Accepted bid on Tues to schedule for Thurs. Receiver wanted item picked up on Tues/Weds & delivered Thurs. Miscommunication from pickup & delivery locations. Receiver sent out own truck to pick up the item.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time !THEY FAIL! They missed a pick up, and never show up AGREED pick up time. I wasted a whole day! Now they do not answer emails and pick up phones. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM. Response from applog: We arranged pick up but the port was not allowing entry until Monday. We tried to advise the customer that we would arrange pick up and deliver on the same day. Customer wanted this picked up last week and there is only 20 miles from pick up to delivery. We did not want to store their vehicle for 3 days.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Response from applog: Customer accepted bid on Friday 1/19, we scheduled driver to pick up on 1/22 or 1/23 due to holiday. Customer stated that they wanted us to pickup on Sat and we broke the contract. We explained that we arrange pickup 24/48 hours after bid acceptance excluding weekends and holidays. Which would of had us to pickup on Tues/Weds as scheduled.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period after a small dispute with height i had the top removed and was unable to contact applach to tell them Response from applog: Driver arrived to find that he was not able to take the truck with the air jam on. Customer was not able to have it removed in time that driver had to move on. We explained that it would take time to get another driver to the location and customer decided to cancel this shipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had a timeline to haul my equipment by. I called company immediatly after acepting bid, and they advised they would get a driver before christmas weekend to haul it. No pickup , no calls to me, I called them and they didnt answer. I finally get ahold of them and they tell me i never signed their agreement that they never mentioned and never sent me. I get it through fax finally and retun and again they promised a driver to pickup on 12-31-07 but nothing again and no calls. finally just gave u Response from applog: We send customer the approval sheet, which was not approved and sent back for over four days. At that time we had to move the driver and were working on sending in another truck. Customer did not want to wait. We tried to reason by stating that we needed the approval form before we sent out a truck.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Unable to communicate with service provider after fail attempt to move the items with broken promises of sending or dispatching a truck for a week. Comment from service provider on Thu, 18 Oct 2007 after several email plus phone calls “Good evening! We at the office were under the assumption that the trucks had been picked up. Once we finally got a hold of the driver we found out that his first pickup had run over and he would be at the location in the morning.”. Assumption doesn’t get the wor

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Communication was only one way, I had to call the service provider in all instances. Not one commitment made by them was kept. They promised calls back, was never done. Committed to two separate pickup dates, was never done. Told me that my shipment was next to be picked up; that was false. Response from applog: We advised due to weather conditions that the driver was delayed. Customer insisted on cancelling the shipment with us and the following day the driver was in the area but the customer still wanted to cancel.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from applog: Carrier is not able to get this item transported due to truck being inoperable. Driver had to leave truck in NH and get a plane ride home. Driver does not know when he will be getting his truck back on the road. We would much rather help the customer find another carrier at this point instead of trying to get another carrier to arrange a pick up.
