I dispatch a few independant drivers. You would be dealing directly with the carrier for shipment information. The independent owner operators cover the continental 48 United States. The Owner Operators can transport from Auctions, Ports, Construction Sites, Business & Residential. Most of the drivers trucks have the capability to move oversize & overweight equipment in a safe & reliable manner. The trailers can haul 100 to 100000 lbs! I am a dispatcher that has over 10 years experience in the transportation business. I am a dispatcher that works with some of the best carriers in the industry. Our carriers run Flatbed, Stepdeck with or without ramps, Lowboy, Landoll & Double Drop trailers. Was told it would go out the 3rd of May and have it first part of this week.Was told it would be shipped the 2nd at first. We contracted with them 04/30/2007 It has been too long need this shipped asap. Not having any communication makes it very difficult. If they can ship right away it would be great. Response from applog: We unfortunatly could not get the truck in that direction. The original load fell through and we worked hard at getting the driver in that direction. Maybe next time.

Response from applog: Unfortunately, we went to pick up the item and the item was parked up a hill where the truck could not get to it. With it not running it would of needed to be hauled by an outside wrecker company to bring down the hill. We explained this to the customer but never received a phone call stating they were ready now for the item to be hauled.

Have talked to Tammy on a daily basis since Friday, April 27th and asked for their authority. Still have not received it. Due to lack of professionalism on their part we are not comfortable using this provider.

No more communication since then, left messages and sent several e-mails with no reply. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!! THEY ARE BOGUS!!! I have shipped over 50 vehicles on U-Ship and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. You should be real proud of yourself giving a great service like U-Ship a bad name. This service provider should be pulled from the site

They did not respond, late picking up shipment, late delivering shipment, ramp was not available on truck for unloading, and significant damage to my shipment. I cannot get them to respond to the damage or supply claim information. Response from applog: Have been speaking with this customer via email on a daily basis. We have already submitted the damage to insurance for claim but the customer was unsatisfied with that result. We explained the insurance does not move fast. Customer still unhappy.

We called the shipper to advise of the problem and to let them know that we would be sending in a truck that afternoon to pickup. Shipper stated that we needed to cancel the load since they already moved the load. If we would of sent in the original driver the load would of already been moved. Response from Dryer28: I COULD NEVER GET ANY CALL BACKS FROM THESE PEOPLE.I INFORMED THEM OF THE LATEST PICKUP TIME AND THEY NEVER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY MIGHT SHOW UP. SO I HAD TO FINED ANOTHER PROVIDER TO DO THE JOB. THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO FIND A CARRIER. DONNOT EVER USE THIS BROKER. THAT IS ALL THEY ARE A BROKER AND NOT A TRUCKING CO.

We also said we would give a time once we spoke to the driver. We spoke to the driver but in between that time the customer cancelled their shipment. Response from lance07: The shippers window was no later than the 13th, never got any calls until after the 13 which was 1 single phone call. They are real fast to respond after you have canceled your shipment. Started trying to get this shipped on 7-03 and still nothing 7-16. What is stated above is another lie, I did not cancel in between those dates, was suppose to be picked up no later that 7-13 did not cancel untill the 15 after no responce from shipper.
