The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Accepted the bid from Applog. Have talked to Tammy on a daily basis since Friday, April
27th and asked for their authority. Still have not received it. Due to lack of professionalism on their part we are not comfortable using this provider.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Service provider was given detailed info and spoke directly to the individual who has the golf cart I needed picked up. No more communication since then, left messages and sent several e-mails with no reply. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!! THEY ARE BOGUS!!! I have shipped over 50 vehicles on U-Ship and this is the first time I have ever had a problem. You should be real proud of yourself giving a great service like U-Ship a bad name. This service provider should be pulled from the site

Had a great deal of difficulty with communication. They did not respond, late picking up shipment, late delivering shipment, ramp was not available on truck for unloading, and significant damage to my shipment. I cannot get them to respond to the damage or supply claim information.

Response from applog: Have been speaking with this customer via email on a daily basis. We have already submitted the damage to insurance for claim but the customer was unsatisfied with that result. We explained the insurance does not move fast. Customer still unhappy.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment. After many phone calls during three weeks and several false commitments to pickup load was never taken care of. Not reputable company. Please be cautious of using this service provider.

Response from applog: We attempted to pick up this load but the item was 3000 lbs heavier than quoted. The truck was already loaded and could not take the additional weight.

Response from applog: Load was picked up and delivered without any problems. Customer tried to reach us on the weekend but we are closed on the weekends. We again communicated on Monday once we opened for business.
