Had a great deal of difficulty with communication. They did not respond, late picking up shipment, late delivering shipment, ramp was not available on truck for unloading, and significant damage to my shipment. I cannot get them to respond to the damage or supply claim information.

Response from applog: Have been speaking with this customer via email on a daily basis. We have already submitted the damage to insurance for claim but the customer was unsatisfied with that result. We explained the insurance does not move fast. Customer still unhappy.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment. After many phone calls during three weeks and several false commitments to pickup load was never taken care of. Not reputable company. Please be cautious of using this service provider.

Response from applog: We attempted to pick up this load but the item was 3000 lbs heavier than quoted. The truck was already loaded and could not take the additional weight.

some delays and miscommunication, but everything arrived intact for a fair price.

Response from applog: Load was picked up and delivered without any problems. Customer tried to reach us on the weekend but we are closed on the weekends. We again communicated on Monday once we opened for business.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Service provider told me three different times a truck would be there on a certain day to pick up my shipment. They never did arrive. When I'd call for info they would never return my calls. It has been over 2 weeks since I last contacted them and they still have not made any attempt to get me a truck. As a result they have cost me over $200 in storage fees.

Response from applog: We have been in constant communication with the customer. We advised that the driver could not get to the location since the load going there canceled. We tried to get the driver to the location but they item is in a hard to reach area.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
It is people like this that give uship a bad name.They placed a bid without even having anyone to haul it and when they could not get someone they just stoped returning my calls and won't answer the phone.

Response from applog: You are absolutely incorrect. We made initial pickup but you were not available for pickup. We scheduled to make a 2nd pickup but you cancelled the bid. We did our part but you could not fulfill your part.

Communication was difficult with service provider. Was forced to cancel order, and only after this did they make an effort to communicate. Used the provider and was happy in the end with actual delivery.

Response from applog: We gave the customer an eta and stuck to it. The customer was advised via email since we could not reach them to advise of the drivers location.
