After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
After more than 3 weeks of direct communications and broken promises, the provider has been unable to arrange shipment. I have been more than reasonable and understanding and cannot continue to wait any longer when I'm not sure they will ever deliver. They continue to tell me they are trying to reach the driver and will call me back which rarely if ever happens. My desired window for delivery was July 2-6 and they said "that works for them". That was 3 weeks ago and I have totally lost confi

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
After 2 weeks of calling and emailing, leaving dozens of messages(never having my calls return) and finally getting in contact with party, they promise to call me right back with details, I waited all day and they never called back. The worst company I ever had to deal with!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
The telehandler was picked up..loaded..and returned because a more "PRICEY" piece of equipment in Texas needed picked up. Was told there was a family emergency...cant seem to get a hold of anyone now...?

Response from applog: Unfortunately, this information is untrue. We scheduled another driver immediately after finding out the driver walked off the job but they still wanted to cancel. They might not be able to get a hold of anyone now because they cancelled their shipment.
