After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
AFTER MANY TIMES TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SHIPPING CO,, NEVER GOT ANYKIND OF ANSWER,,ALWAYS TRY IN AN HOUR AND THEN NEVER CALLED BACK,,,OR THEY COULD NOT FIND THE DRIVER TO SET UP A TIME TO PICK UP ITEM,,,VERY BAD

Response from applog: We were unable to communicate due to the fact that you did not have a number for us to contact you. We were waiting to dispatch the driver so of course you had to call us back. With no number for contact you were left with having to call us. Maybe you should of provided us with a number to contact you.

The worst experience ever. Should have taken 1 week; took 4 1/2 weeks. Was to meet driver at 9:00 am in Walmart parking lot. No call or show. Dispatch never returned my calls. Waited 4 hours in parking lot. Received call saying they would be there in 3 hours. NEVER AGAIN!

Response from applog: Well, your item only took 4' of the deck. Therefore, it moved as a partial and the driver had other freight to move along the way. This was discussed previously with you. As far as you waiting the driver attempted to call you and left numerous messages. Load was delivered on a Sunday so that is why you could not reach dispatch. The office was closed but you did have the drivers number.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
After several weeks of either promising that the item would be picked up or simply not returning phone calls / emails I can no longer wait to move the item. When company representatives were reached they were very pleasant...there were just too many promises and not enough follow through.

Response from applog: We have been in constant communication with you. Due to the weather that has been currently happening in Texas it is hard to get this load done. It has been pouring down rain and flooding. Weather should always be taken into the equation. That is what we were telling you.

All is well that ends well. They performed real good. They just didn't adhere to our agreed upon delivery dates. Shipment arrived 3 days early while I was out of state, luckily I found someone to unload it for me.

Response from applog: Customer listed this shipment as a partial and it turned out the machine was overwidth. Therefore, the rate would of been higher and our truck was already loaded and could not wait for permits.
