I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
Shipment was on a tight timeframe and I could not get in touch with shipper fast enough due to labor day weekend. They seem like a good company, but we couldn't work out the timing.

Response from applog: Customer accepted bid on Labor Day weekend. We did not receive a phone call and were away from the computer until Tuesday morning. When we returned we called the customer but they already moved the item.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The bid was accepted on the 22nd of the month. I called that day and was told it would be picked up within four days. Eight days later called to let the shipper know I actually have two units to go to the same location and that might help fill the load. Unfortunately, I have heard nothing back so I need to make other arrangements.

Response from applog: We contacted you regarding your shipment. We stated that we were working on filling out the rest of the truck. Freight is slow from MI to WY and therefore we were not able to fill the truck as fast as we would of liked. We never did receive another email with a request for another transport. Thank you.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Attempted to contact shipper by phone to arrange pick up of truck. So far, I have not been able to contact service provider. Seller needs to know when truck will be picked up but I cannot provide him with any information since I cannot contact service provider.

Response from applog: We sent an email to arrange pickup. We also called without a return. Driver was trying to arrange pick up but had to leave the area. Driver could not wait any longer and had other shipments to deliver.

Response from applog: Again your item was a partial transport. Shipment was not going to be transported without another piece. Your item came from NJ to FL and took 12' of space. We had another 36' of space to fill up before coming to FL. This was explained to you, Partials always take a little longer to transport.
