The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
The shipper told me that this was able to be driven and it wasn't i said this seems to be a trend because i tried repeated times to get a hold of someone to find out what was going to happen now i had already scheduled a pick up at the drop and now i have to find another way to get this truck shipper should have check out ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE GIVING OUT THIS LOAD but that is only my opinion i finally got a call after leaving my negative feedback i was actually going to retract what i said when

Response from applog: I have been working most of the day to try to resolve our non running truck issue with the carrier. I had to step out of the office and noticed that the carrier had left negative feedback for me. Also, stated that this was a trend. This is not a trend but when a customer states that the vehicle is in running condition, I have to go with what they tell me. Customer needs this to be on a trailer and not driven since this is not road worthy. After carrier left bad feedback I have no other choice

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Appalachian Logistics agreed to take my hauling job on 3rd January. It is now March 8th. I called many times to a "mail box is full" recording. I have been more than patient and this hauler has not come through with his commitment to haul this equipment.

Response from applog: We advised customer due to weather conditions it was impossible to get a truck into where this item was located. When we finally had a truck in the area, the customer was unavailable. We tried for over three weeks to make contact before we cancelled this shipment.

They load my dump truck in a lowboy, but issues communication was poor and it was required to be persistend to get the complete service done... Also, my dump truck comes with the tarp uninstalled without my autorization and the worst, damaged and when I ask for a solution, I get only silence...

Response from applog: Due to height, driver had to remove tarp system. Driver did not break the arm it was rusted out per the drivers POD paperwork. We have responded to you with every email you have sent or phone call you have made.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
After contacting service provider i do not feel comfortable shipping with them because of the lack of promiss to return phone calls on time.

Response from applog: We scheduled the shipment, dispatched the driver and then the customer cancelled the shipment. We faxed over a BOL for proof of pick up but that was not enough to show that the driver had scheduled their pick up. I don't know how much more information the customer wanted.

this shipper did a good job,,they misplaced my payment check someplace,,,hounde me for months claiminf i didnt pay,,,finally they found it,,as i had told them i had paid it,,wasnt happy about that part,,

Response from applog: Sorry but our billing was done by an outside office. The accountants asked for proof of payment which was never provided. It could of been over faster if you could of assisted them with proof. Therefore, things happen and it had been corrected.
