A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Very professional company that works quickly to make things happen! Unfortunetley, a scheduling conflict arose that could not immediately be resolved. I will use their services again and would recommend them. The price was the best we came across and ended up paying much more to get this shipped from a local logistics company.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Bid from provider was for a low open trailer with ramps, with a pickup date not later than 31 Aug. Only contact from provider to pickup location was to ask for a dirt ramp to be constructed so they could pick up in a box van. 10 emails only response was basically we'll get back to you. Phone call to provider was told a driver was on his way. No contact with pickup point and they never showed. Basic feeling is this provider is bidding on loads without the services or plan to perform, then acting

We only asked for a dirt ramp because we had a closer truck that did not have ramps. The following day we had the Stepdeck with ramps but you already cancelled. We don't put shipments in vans unless they are palletized. Machinery is always placed on open trailers.

Shipment was on a tight timeframe and I could not get in touch with shipper fast enough due to labor day weekend. They seem like a good company, but we couldn't work out the timing.

Customer accepted bid on Labor Day weekend. We did not receive a phone call and were away from the computer until Tuesday morning. When we returned we called the customer but they already moved the item.
