10/19/2007	Service Provider	Negative	bkingarn (0)	Applog is a broker, not trucker. They bid low & then reposted load on internet. Drug out 30 days, couldn't get load hauled for their bid of $603.77. Agreed to $75.00 increase to get delivery. After delivery received bill for $710.00 instead of $610.00. Applog won't take phone calls or return them. Can not get resolution with them on shipping cost. Applog will bid and not be able to provide service. Will wear you down and raise the price. Applog will LIE to you over and over!! AVOID THEM!!! View Listing Response from applog: Read our profile, yes we are a broker & we do not hid that. We also originally tried to load your truck with our ramps but it would not clear without dragging the bottom of your truck. We called to advise you of this situation and stated that we could hire an outside wrecker to help load us. We instead got a Lowboy trailer & called to advise this to you. You spoke with dispatch & they also stated the increase which you agreed to. We do not bully the price up. Look at POSITIVE feedbacks!

The request for this order was for Full Service (driver packs/palletizes, driver loads). Its been one full week of empty promises. View Listing Response from applog: Sorry, we do not and have not ever offered that service. We were told that there would be help loading. We called to advise that we had a truck but found out that we needed a lift gate. Two days later the shipper offered to get a Boom truck to load this onto a trailer. We advised that it might take a day or two to get another truck in the area.
