Be very careful with Appalachian Logistics Inc.the company lacks intergrity,got paid for hauling and refused to carried out the job.Members of the company are very rude and had no respect for any body including rule of law.Made series of call for the refund of the job not completed,failed to return calls and will not answer phone call as soon as your telephone number is recongnised.Folks be aware

Response from applog: 1customer lied about location. 3 machines were in 3 different cities, in 3 different states. The bid was no longer good. 2)customer wanted items to go to the Port but the Port was no longer taking shipments. Had to move two of the machines to our storage yard which were more miles that originally quoted. 3)2 machines that were transported were not in acceptable state for the Port. The machines were leaking fluids. The D8 the customer did not want us to remove the blade & we could not move

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
After seven weeks of waiting, I am requesting this shipment be cancelled. There were NO loading and NO unloading issues. Nothing was mistated. The service provider simply could not get the job done. Repeated emails went unanswered and only one phone call was ever received from them which said the load "would be picked up the next day", which was FIVE weeks ago. I was flexible with my dates, but come on, SEVEN weeks!?! There is no excuse on this one. Very disappointing.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Please, cancel this match, I am not happy with the scheduling at all. They are claiming, that the facility had no loading support at the pick up location, but I was not informed at he time of the pick up attempt, which could be done and resolved right then a week ago, since then I had very hard times communicating and rescheduling the service. Now I am due fair amount for storages at the pick up location and I am going to arrange my own delivery now. Please, refund my deposit and sorry for the i

Communication at times was not as it should have been. Complications in route prevented freights timly shipping. Shipping Commitment dates were made and then broken with out being notified. Unit came with main bucket pin lost in route, I don't even know how it was able to drive off the bed of the truck. I was not made aware of the problem bt the trucker.
