this company did not call me back, return e mail, or give any useful information. if you dont know when it will be picked up then just say so if feel as if i were being led on and do not wish to continue this venture. thanks.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Applog could not provide the service after several weeks, they claim they sent truck in fact no one went to pick up.
so please cancel this order & refund my deposit.

Response from applog: 1st attempt at picking up the item would not start and there was no way to load this item. We stated we could not load an asphalt roller with ramps. Which would result in damage to the item or the driver. Our second attempt after the machine was running they again did not have a way to load this item. We had no choice but to cancel this shipment and have the customer find another means to transport.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I am cancelling this shipment for several reasons. a) it is now two days past the last pickup date in the listing. b) T service provider has failed to notify the pick-up contact of a proposed pick-up time twice when it was clear in the pre-acceptance exchange between us what the notification requirements were, c) the service provider is, in general, not good at returning calls or replying to email. Their pre-acceptance communication was much more responsive than post acceptance. I spoke with
