Rating: Cancellation Left for: greatfreightco (93 ) On: 7/23/2009 For: TL Anaheim, CA to Fort Drum, NY	I no longer need my item(s) shipped I did not know when I booked the shipment that my customer had only secured an order for half the weight I requested to ship. The other half was still in bid process and was not accepted. I contacted Frt service I booked with and they said they would still charge the same amount to ship so I have to cancel as I can ship for much less with an LTL carrier. Response from greatfreightco: Customer accepted a bid for intermodal service. Intermodal only ships by the full truckload.
