I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This service provider has been shoddy in communicating with me. Although they claimed that their truck was in a wreck, they continued to demonstrate a poor level of communication, both by phone and email. I don't understand what would be so tough about providing basic reassurances and timeframes. But evidently that is too much, so we decided to cancel and find someone that could be reasonable and responsive. Best of luck getting your truck fixed ... if it was ever even broken. Response from ant1515: sure can send pics and ins cope if he like, commincation was not shotty everytime he called we returned his call he new our vehicle was in the shop getting repaired was never a problem until we did not return his email until 24hrs later, however we do wish him luck with his shipement we do understand our delay was not acceptable to him, however the accusations and name calling was/is not needed

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was told many different dates that it would be picked up. while i was flexible with dates for pick up and delivery. i am no longer . shipment booked 1-30-13 . still no pick up. while attempt has been made the attempts are not feasible . they attempt to have it placed through a side walk in door . i was aggreeable to terms set forth as it would be picked up and stored until other items were headed this way . eta end of feb or early march. i need this item to make my living as the one i am usi Response from ant1515: i do beleive his has us mixed up with another driver, we were never able to reach a time and dat with his customer for pick up. the pick up location was either out of town or could not meet us during our route

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services notified me today of inability to ship bike, when he had awareness of this 1-2 weeks ago. unaccpetable, leaves me in a bind. Response from ant1515: not sure how we were to avoid a wreck from a 3rd party, i surly will be more prepared in the future not to allow a 3rd party to hit my vehcile in the middle of the night during a storm, which my vehicle was parked, we did try to get addittional driver to pick up his cycle he would not hear of it. unreasonable

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider cannot pick up shipment due to mechanical failure of his vehicle. Originally scheduled for pickup on 3/25/13. Estimated pick up is now 4/13/13. Seller requires that vehicle be picked up before this date. Response from ant1515: WE HOPE DAVID GETS THE BIKE SHIPPED, 3RD PARTY HIT OUR TRUCK AND THE VEHICLE IS STILL IN THE BODY SHOP GETTING REPAIRS DONE, DELAY'S WERE OF THE 3RD PARTY'S INS COMPANY

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have tried to be patient and work with the shipper but they are unable to deliver. They had an accident and their vehicle to transport is not available. I have communicated with the shipper and the delays continue. I have to get the bike delivered this week. It is delaying my trip. I am very disappointed.
Glenn Response from ant1515: understand his position however being patient with me was not a favor to me, we would have been 3 days late on pick up, our vehicle was damaged by 3rd party no fault of our's

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The listing provided that the shipment would leave in March 2013. I never received anything but the following email on March 2

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper has been unable to pick up this load during loading times, Monday thru Thursday. They emailed me today stating they currently have no transportation due to a recent accident. I understand that this accident was uncontrollable but I believe they were given sufficient opportunities to pick up the shipment prior to their accident. I booked with them on 2/18/2013, five weeks ago, I am unable to wait any longer. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider was unable to pick up shipment due to weather on original date. Service provider communicated he could complete shipment in two weeks. One month later and still no definitive answer on when service provider can complete shipment. Response from ant1515: everything is correct except for the last part, we did give him a date, as we had to re-schedule his pick up with our other deliverlies and/or pick ups. we do wish him luck. the car was sitting in the middle of a field with 7" of rain that day and no way to reach the car

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper kept cancelling the shipment due to one reason or another and then when he was available, I was not. The logistics simply did not work out nor did our schedules. Otherwise, no problems. However, the bike is still at the original location and I will end up scrapping it instead.
