we are a small family owned company with myself and wife, we use 2 trucks,1 30' ENCLOSED TRAILER 1 van, 2 flatbeds, enclosed trailer and dump trailer. We also have a family owned construction business, that requires us to haul at times with equipment worth over 100k and specialty ordered materials that can not be replaced. Seen in the pics below we shipped SULLY from Kansas city to southern AZ for a low price of $275.00 we also have shipped bikes for Jay Leno.

Damaged My Motorcycle then still refuses to pay me for damages even after several calls. I asked the guy who delivered my bike about that damages and he said, there were no damages. I showed him a couple pictures, he then tried to put the blame on some one else. NO HONESTY!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available WE DELIVERY THIS FURNITURE, THEY SAID IT WAS 49 PIECES THEN THEY HAVE 60 PIECES TOTAL, THEN THEY SAID THE FURNITURE WAS DAMAGE AND WET, IT WAS NO RAIN ON THE ROAD WHEN I TRANSPORT THIS LOAD TO LUBBOCK TX, AFTER THAT HE REFUSE TO PAID FOR THE FREIGHT, THEY HAVE TOO MANY EXCUSES TO PAID THE BILL SO NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM, FINALLY THEY JUST WANTED FOR FREE, THEY NOT PAID FOR THE FREIGHT, SO MAYBE THIS IS WHAT HE WILL EXPLAIN HERE.

he did not ship these items for me he shipped them for a client of mine, he states that there was 60 peices however they only delivered about 35 and there was no bill of lading, no pics, nothing signed off on at pick up, nothing signed off at delviery, did cost the company about 1500.00 in sales of damaged goods they sent me the pics of the damages, he has not responded to any of there emails, complaints, they have filed law suit against him, and uship has not helped at all with this

It took over a month to receive my motorcycle and when I did it had a break in the ferring. My son was in Ranger school so i was not able to confirm that the break was there or not before they picked it up. The break was not marked on his sign off sheet but I signed it anyways after I had pointed out the break and pointed out that it was not on his sign off sheet. My son has since left Ranger school flew home saw bike and was upset the break was not there it happened during shipping.

simply not true, the bike was picked up and delivered with in 24 hrs, it had been wrecked several times, and the brother signed off on all documents including the damage and pics were taken, they even took some parts off the bike while we were loading, the son (owner of the bike) even admitted the break, Michelle did not sign off on any inspection sheet her son did she was not even there

This service provider notified me four days before my motorcycle was to be delivered that he would not be able to transport my bike. He did not return the multiple calls I left him on each of the three days prior to this.He told me he was, "on his farm and couldn't reicieve phone calls." From my conversation with him he had known at least a week piror to the pickup that he wouldnt be able to transport my bike. He left me in a lurch, was unprofessional and did not honor his contractual agreement.

completly untrue, we pick the bike up late night, and delivered very next day, we did not take a month the bike had been wrecked on several ocassions, we have pics and documents to prove, the owner of the bike (son) even admitted that the break was there just as he put it, not as big, the bike was delivered to the manager of the storage unit they hired.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it the customer faile to inform us that the pick up times were only 4 days a week, and 6 hrs a day, yes he is correct about 1 thing we have had the shipment about 5 weeks working on trying to get another driver to pick them up for us, what the customers do not understand it that we do not sit around there loads they are booked based on that schedule, and then we have to wait until we get another sch through his location

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This service provider has been shoddy in communicating with me. Although they claimed that their truck was in a wreck, they continued to demonstrate a poor level of communication, both by phone and email. I don't understand what would be so tough about providing basic reassurances and timeframes. But evidently that is too much, so we decided to cancel and find someone that could be reasonable and responsive. Best of luck getting your truck fixed ... if it was ever even broken.

They emailed me today stating they currently have no transportation due to a recent accident. I understand that this accident was uncontrollable but I believe they were given sufficient opportunities to pick up the shipment prior to their accident. No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper kept cancelling the shipment due to one reason or another and then when he was available, I was not. The logistics simply did not work out nor did our schedules. Otherwise, no problems. However, the bike is still at the original location and I will end up scrapping it instead.
