Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward..
Dear USHIP:
We took a book it now shipment from this customer on September 24th 2007. The customer knew at this point we offered loading service. They asked us for a move date of November 30, 2007. On November 25th 2007, they requested a move date of December 14th 2007. We accomodated this request. We checked with the customer on December 12, 2007 and asked them if they were ready for the 14th. They said that they were. The truck was in route to the customer at this time. We have alre
