A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved There was no reason to cancel this shipment.The customer accepted the bid late Saturday and I had no knowledge of it till Sunday afternoon. After driving up to the house and inspecting the items,I informed the shipper that I did not have the right equipment to move her very large items.(Dock high Boxtruck with no ramp). The customer agreed to a later pickup date and even confirmed it in an email.I left with the understanding of a later pickup.Statement about me throwing a tantrum is fabricated!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Left messages to get in contact with me after refusal of driver to load and transport my shipment of a Dining Table/6 chairs and Buffet, all of which pictures were sent and dimensions described on the opening bid and numerous question/answer emails with detailed descriptions as to not mislead on contents of shipment. Solo driver showed up in a box truck, with no truck ramp in alley where furniture was readily staged in garage for pickup and basically through a child-like tantrum stating that h
