FABULOUS haulers! They took outstanding care of both of my mares on a cross country trip. Neither of the mares were easy to ship (one of them gets really stressed, the other had sore feet) but M&N was great. They made great time while keeping the horses safe and comfortable; equipment was great; communication was outstanding; the price was better than I had hoped for. Most importantly, though, both mares arrived well-cared for and in great shape. I couldn't have been happier! A++++++++++!!!!!

My mare was picked up on time,arrived in good condition and had a nice space in their roomy trailer.They stayed in contact through the haul and I was very happy with them,I would use them again.

Very professional. This transporter was on time, commicated throughout the whole trip, and kept my horse in top shape. Wonderful trailer, deeply bedded, very safe equipment. I would defiently use again.

Some contructive critisism that may help you as a business. Take pictures and measurements of the inside of the trailer so that people will know that their horse is expected to back into a tight stall before hand. I found your trailer spacious for you and cramped for the horse, a slant load would be safer and much easier for you. To prevent spooking only the person loading should be in the trailer and stall dividers should be latched so they will not bang into horses you are trying to load.:)

We tried very kindly to load this ladys horse, but the horse was uncooperative and a very severe kicker. The horse kick our trailer twice and was a danger to the drivers, trailer, and most important herself(the horse). The horse also tried to kick a person when trying to walk into the trailer. We have transported horses for 25 years with our head to head trailer and the owner paid for a single stall. We chose not to transport and refund the money to the owner because the horse was dangerous.

The service provider did an excellent job in completing the delivery. She notified me at different places throughout the trip about my horse. They have super box stalls, great towing vehicle, and friendly reliable service. I will definitely use them again !!

Once pony was on the trailer I did not hear from the driver again until only a few hours out from being dropped off (12 hour haul). But, pony arrived safe and sound and driver was quite courteous. Rig was clean, safe, and deeply bedded. They gave a very good price and I would ship with them again.
