My mare was picked up on time,arrived in good condition and had a nice space in their roomy trailer.They stayed in contact through the haul and I was very happy with them,I would use them again.

Very professional. This transporter was on time, commicated throughout the whole trip, and kept my horse in top shape. Wonderful trailer, deeply bedded, very safe equipment. I would defiently use again.

Some contructive critisism that may help you as a business. Take pictures and measurements of the inside of the trailer so that people will know that their horse is expected to back into a tight stall before hand. I found your trailer spacious for you and cramped for the horse, a slant load would be safer and much easier for you. To prevent spooking only the person loading should be in the trailer and stall dividers should be latched so they will not bang into horses you are trying to load.:)

We tried very kindly to load this ladys horse, but the horse was uncooperative and a very severe kicker. The horse kick our trailer twice and was a danger to the drivers, trailer, and most important herself(the horse). The horse also tried to kick a person when trying to walk into the trailer. We have transported horses for 25 years with our head to head trailer and the owner paid for a single stall. We chose not to transport and refund the money to the owner because the horse was dangerous.

The service provider did an excellent job in completing the delivery. She notified me at different places throughout the trip about my horse. They have super box stalls, great towing vehicle, and friendly reliable service. I will definitely use them again !!

Once pony was on the trailer I did not hear from the driver again until only a few hours out from being dropped off (12 hour haul). But, pony arrived safe and sound and driver was quite courteous. Rig was clean, safe, and deeply bedded. They gave a very good price and I would ship with them again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer After communicating directly with the customer, he asked for such documents that are not required to be shown to any individual, and that are somewhat of a private matter, such as our insurance policy. We advertise that we carry the appropriate insurance, and we DO carry the appropriate insurance for the transportation of horses. The shipper was supposed to pick up my horse in early April, but ended up booking another horse as there was a miscommunication on the deposit. They said they could take him on the next trip already planned for the end of the month and so I paid a deposit after they assured me that trip was firm. Then they said they could pick him up for the early trip after all and gave me about 2 days notice. I said no, I'd wait for the next trip as they claim to make 3 t

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Check time frame on ad. Transporter called on Friday 2/12 stating horse would be picked up Sat 2/13. She then called at approx. 7 pm Sat. stating her husband was in an accident and she needed to cancel, she said she was about 200+miles from pickup. She told me she could transport my horse in 1 1/2-2 weeks. I told her this would not work for either party. I told her I need my deposit back. Customers: Please be aware of the cancellation process on uship,we(the transportes)get charged a percentage fee on cancellations for every one that we incur, wether it was our fault or the customers fault.If you are unsure about shipping, please do not accept a bid until you are sure that you have purchased the item, and the item is readily available to ship and has not been booked already. This cancellation posses fees on the transporters end,although it had nothing to do with our services.

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward After two deposits (Uship & paypal), M&N cancelled b/c I had the temerity to ask for a copy of M&N's advertised insurance & a copy of their driver's license. M&N wants money before pick-up, does not want to sign a contract and is very secretive and one-sided.

Deposit via paypal was fully refunded.Ndemko claimes to be a "shipper" himself,so he should know these conditions of a deposit to hold a booking
