I no longer need my item(s) shipped I've decided not to ship my horse. The shipper was supposed to pick up my horse in early April, but ended up booking another horse as there was a miscommunication on the deposit. They said they could take him on the next trip already planned for the end of the month and so I paid a deposit after they assured me that trip was firm. Then they said they could pick him up for the early trip after all and gave me about 2 days notice. I said no, I'd wait for the next trip as they claim to make 3 t

Customer did not give her deposit as she said she would, therefore missed her spot on the early April trip. We did arrange to transport the next trip and a couple days prior to shipment, she said she no longer wanted to send her horse to WA, therefore cancelling her spot on the trailer.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Check time frame on ad. Transporter called on Friday 2/12 stating horse would be picked up Sat 2/13. She then called at approx. 7 pm Sat. stating her husband was in an accident and she needed to cancel, she said she was about 200+miles from pickup. She told me she could transport my horse in 1 1/2-2 weeks. I told her this would not work for either party. I told her I need my deposit back. By the end of conversation she said she would go ahead & pick her up. She would be there at 11 PM. I called

I GLADLY REFUNDED THE CUSTOMERS DEPOSIT PROMPTLY AND I ALSO PROMPTLY CALLED EACH PARTY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON.A family member was in a car accident and family is very important to me(as family is to anyone)and I needed to get home asap.I understand that the customer needed to get her horse home.PLEASE KNOW THAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON,I PROMPTLY REFUND DEPOSITS ASAP/we are very reliable,and did not forsee this accident.Please see other feedback on our great POSITIVE SERVIC

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipping party had already booked another shipper that I did not hear about until after I accepted the bid.

Customers: Please be aware of the cancellation process on uship,we(the transportes)get charged a percentage fee on cancellations for every one that we incur, wether it was our fault or the customers fault.If you are unsure about shipping, please do not accept a bid until you are sure that you have purchased the item, and the item is readily available to ship and has not been booked already. This cancellation posses fees on the transporters end,although it had nothing to do with our services.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward After two deposits (Uship & paypal), M&N cancelled b/c I had the temerity to ask for a copy of M&N's advertised insurance & a copy of their driver's license. M&N wants money before pick-up, does not want to sign a contract and is very secretive and one-sided.

Look at all the positive feedback of our services,what does that tell you? ndemko realized prior to acceptance of our bid that we required a deposit NOTE:(Additional payment terms: Deposit due at booking after acceptance of bid to M and N Horse Transportation) That note,is on every bid that I place and ndemko knew that a deposit had to be made to MandN. Deposit via paypal was fully refunded.Ndemko claimes to be a "shipper" himself,so he should know these conditions of a deposit to hold a booking
