Shipper was over 6 hours late on pick-up. Used a truck leased for him by another uShip customer. Loaded my items without other uShip customer's knowledge. Abandoned freight at the WI border.. Wisconsin state police authority notified shipper's probation officer! Criminal charges pending. Other uship customer and I paid 2x's more out-of-pocket to secure separate freight providers etc. Shipper breached contract, stole our money, no refund. A total disaster. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER, BEWARE!!

I tried to tell her that the truck was too heavy from the start and she insisted that I take her items. The other customer and I agreed that he would rent the truck and that I had five other loads to pick up in order to ship his items and see a profit. No criminal charges pending because there was no crime committed. I am now into real estate and have no need to move furniture anymore...

Andy- Never returned a single call after he accepted the load. He then cancelled two days after he accpeted the load due to" problems" If you look at his past record even if he completed the delivery he had a " problem".
I would not use or recommend him.

My shipment arrived in a timely manner. The weather was very bad at this time so the time was delayed for a few days-but understandable.We are arranging for the rest of my shipment.There was a mis-understanding about the amount I had to be shiipped and the transported did not have enough room for all of my shipment which will now be delivered in a few days.I would recommend Andy for others to use in the transporting of their household goods.

Mrs. Swade was very understanding about the inclimate weather that delayed us a bit. We moved her out of the mountains and into some more mountains. I had always wondered what resided in the mountains. I never knew that there were regular communities up there. I will definitly be doing the next job for her. Thanks! Andy.

Andy provided great service, and I will definitely use him next time I need to ship something. I highly recommend him to anyone. Know he is very trustworthy and friendly. He prices very fairly and has timely service. He insisted on carrying everything for me, and he called to let me know his status when delayed by weather.

Andrew was very careful to make sure that hipment delivered in acceptable condition. He was professional and communicated adequately. Due to problems with his truck and traffic problems there were minor delays but Andy his best to accommodate the situation. I would highly recommend Andy to handle you shipping needs.

Andrew did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. He was able to pick up and deliver the car before I expected, which was great. He was great to work with. He called me along the trip to let me know where he was at and when he expected to get here. His rate was reasonable and I can tell that he loves what he does. I was really impressed. Andy did an awesome job. He updated me the while on the road. The car had a battery problem that he handled flawlessly - I have great respect for him and for his business. If I ever ship again I will go with him for sure, very trustworthy. I had never shipped a car (bought sight unseen) before so I was nervous, but with Andy doing the work I felt great. Besides all of this Andy got me the car faster than I even expected, he was awesome!!

Abernst is a great guy. He planned all of my trips for me. Starting with the one that took me two WV to pick up his vehicle and the one that took me to RI, after I was all done with his delivery. He saved me about two days worth of travel by connecting me with a flight from his city. Abernst, you saved me a total of about $340.00.
