I am an independent established courier who has a number of years of experience with transporting of delicate items, namely antiques and antique furniture. All items are treated with great care and blanket wrapped, delicate items are given extra care. I can provide references if required of the care taken from several regular customers. Andrew was very efficient. He had to deliver a table from the south of England to Scotland. We were away a lot and so he had to store it for us. His quote was good and he kept in touch, always answering texts and calls immediately. If you are wondering which carrier you should choose, choose Andrew. You will be glad! Juliet

Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The collection was booked from the details given. The collection point appears to be a travellers site and the person at the collection point is related to the delivery location. the person forest who organised the job does not want to pay cash on delivery or cheque on delivery but via paypal. Job booked for collection this morning and cancellation only came in once we asked for payment to be made via paypal before delivery as paypal payments can be reversed if funds are not available

The collection site is my mothers cottage near an elderly persons caravan site. The collection address was 'The Cottages" check service providers past feeback comments. He is rude about his customers and does not communicate about delivery intentions. I have now arranged a UPS Collection however the provider is still emailing me claiming I have no money etc. Very odd, as the liferaft I wanted delivered is for my yacht in Greece and I have sent him a copy of the paid-for UPS Service.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I read some of the providers feedback comments and was not happy with his comments regarding some customers, referring to them as "Not right in the head" etc. I also found his correspondance not polite. The seller contacted the collection address when i asked him to inform me of the collection times so I could speak to them and not have them bothered by a stranger. Given all of these reasons and he fact im new to UShip I did not feel comfortable continuing the transaction. I hope you a

person booked the job with a fixed time frame did not want to pay cash on delivery, advised that could not pay by cheque as it may bounce. offered payment via paypal. collection booked requiring phone access to be let in via gates after person did not return calls. when payment asked to be made via paypal before delivery as paypal payments can be reversed if funds are not available job was cancelled and this feed back left. the collection point was his mothers address. steer clear conman?

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Timeframe has now been exceeded by nearly a month. No collection, no delivery, no email, no phone call. This isnt the first time Uship contractors have behaved in an unacceptable and unprofessional way; I wont use the Uship service again

dates placed on job were wrong. job placed in december with november dates. person who placed this job appears to have a few screws loose. job was booked for collection yet placed with another person to do same job. customer does not answer phone
