This shipper tried to send 207 cubic feet of household goods by ocean freight, packed by others, not professionally, for the same price as 90 cu ft. which is the dimensions she listed with UShip. Many times I called by phone and email to explain this but she would not listen. Now she is asking the credit card company to cancel the charges because it doesn't match the original quote. Be careful with these kinds of customers.

His respose is typical he never tried to get ahold of me he had probelms getting anyone to pick up the shipment and when he finally did 3 days later after 2 companies refused he got a bill higher then he thought and passed this on to us along with the ocean freight he never contact us about the difference until the ship was on a boat in the middle of the ocean and told us the amount was more and charged our credit card. And told us that there was nothing we could do.Then shipment was damaged.
