Easy to communicate with and answers every question with patience. From arriving promptly to loading and unloading, he made our move as seamless as possible. After some adjustment of delivery/drop off dates, we arranged a schedule that worked well for both of us! He made sure to stay in touch, especially easing my concerns since I could not assist and oversee the pick up and delivery myself. He even called me AFTER my family received the delivery just to let me know that everything went smoothly! I would highly recommend this shipper to anyone--especially first time Ushipers! I was skeptical about the whole thing at first, but this shipper is unbelieveably professional and patient with first time shippers and the million questions they ask! In fact, after my experience, I had several inquiries from friends about his availability for their own moves! I'm using him again (if he's available!) for another move I have in mind!
