Service Provider was unable to reach customer after a reasonable period of time The driver only gave me 1 hour notification of pick up!!! Dispatch never called me to make arrangements in the first place. I need 24hours notification to make sure someone can be home for the pick up of the vehicle. This is totally unacceptable and we still want to have our vehicle shipped under the original agreement!
