The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer did a poor job describing items and also not including items. did not realize this until i arrived. i ask ship to not refund the deposit because of the customers inability of properly describing items.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After booking i've sent four emails to the customer, without a response. Customer has called me but i'm a truck driver driving a commercial truck and being on the phone includes a hefty FINE, which had I have answered my phone for him, i'm sure he wouldn't have been the one paying the fine is. Seems to not understand much about the hauling business. & all my complaints have been handled and dealt with.

Well, in two days, if you couldn't return my call, you must be putting in way too many hours a day which is also a hefty fine...surely you could call back or text, I don't really use email very much, sorry about that.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I required an additional deposit which the customer did fulfill, however on receiving the check it was made out incorrectly. Tried resolving the issue and he and I could not come to an agreement on how to secure the additional deposit in the short time we had before pick up. Will place another bid at a later date to see if we can move forward.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer was non responsive to several emails, I had truck issues arise. Though we had a targeted date of pick, it is not guaranteed hence to why when I bid I choose a several day period to prepare for anything that may arise. Julia did send an additional deposit that will be refunded immediately. Though if she chooses to take a legal course of action, I will seek punitive damages in accordance with the law. I ask the she responds to my emails and handle this the correct way. -brent

Also, I had left several other contact numbers with you in case of pickup schedule change, so as soon as there were truck problems, you should have contacted Danielle to establish a new timeline for pickup. She also tried calling you. How will my addl deposit be refunded? Will it be mailed to the planned pickup location? J

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider wanted me to send him money to his house in north Carolina before he can pick up my equipment and i told him i was not comfortable doing that. I did ask the service provider if he understood the machines dimensions and he confirmed he did. I never in any way did a poor job describing items and also not including items. The service provider never went to pick it up and he never even saw it because i had to authorize the seller to release it to him. I would need my money back.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider was going to pick up the load 4 days after booking, I've tried to contact him the first two days, however no answer at all. Therefore we would have to schedule and figure everything out in remaining two days, if he even answered me, if you look at other reviews its the same story. Cancel it.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services In addittion Brent Caltagirone owner of AmerTow was unable to give me a written contract specifying the price and the service he would supply me. Also he would not speak to me on the phone.Everything was email. The bank check I sent him would have cleared if he submitted iteven though bit was spelled Ameritow.I would not make the check payable to him personally like he wanted. Also I would not send payment western union as he suggested as a last resort.I would like my credit card refunded.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hi, I booked a shipment with Brent Caltagirone of AmerTow, Inc. He said that he would pick up my car between 3pm and 5pm on Wednesday, April 11. In additon to the deposit made through the uShip website, I also paid him $225 shipped to his address in Charlotte, NC per his deposit requirements. However, the last communication that I received from him was Wednesday morning, and then he never showed to pick up the vehicle. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services AmeriTow represents as which goes back to ALLEN AUTO TRANSPORT, INC. They have never heard of AmeriTow or Brent Caltagirone, I am not sure if this is a fraudulent claim or an error but can not take the chance. As this is the second failed shipper with Uship. I am asking I get all of my money back less the auction costs (17.99). I am not interest in a credit I want my funds returned.
